Spatial data collection and management methods. Hardware. Software. Updating using data from various sources. Proprietary and thematic data Collection and Management. Data bases. Planning principles, structure, management, data presentation, production. Rational L.I.S. development. Operation, management and policy sections. L.I.S. as a means of managing resources and decision making. Basic L.I.S. sub-systems and their content. Priorities. Servicing sections. Applications. Modern Cadastre and L.I.S. systems in use.
